A cocktail named in our honour!

We love this time of year because the festive season is awash with Christmas events, black tie balls and drinks parties. The perfect excuse to splash out on a new outfit and most importantly some new accessories!

Because we're feeling festive we recently teamed up with British gin brand Pinkster to offer one lucky Boho Betty fan the chance to win one of our gorgeous rose gold Times Square stacks and a bundle of gin based goodies.

Pinkster's resident mixologist 'Miss Pinks' even created for us our very own cocktail the "Betty's Garden Martini". We're tickled pink to have a cocktail created in our honour!

To make a Betty's Garden Martini you'll need:

  • 3 basil leaves
  • 40ml Pinkster
  • 15ml Rosé vermouth
  • 1 barspoon raspberry jam
  • 25ml Pink grapefruit juice
  • 15ml Cloudy apple juice
  • (Shake and fine strain into martini or coupe glass)
  • Garnish – Basil leaf and raspberry on a stick

Serving suggestion: Serve in a chilled martini glass with our Times Square stack layered on your wrist.

If that recipe seems a bit complicated then how about a simpler seasonal tipple? Does anyone fancy a snowball?

This is a festive classic combining Advocat and lemonade with a squeeze or slice of lime to top it all off.

To make a Snowball you'll need:

  • 2x measures Advocaat
  • Top up with lemonade
  • A squeeze of fresh lime juice to taste

Serving suggestion: Serve in a high ball glass and accessorise with our silver stack The Shard for a frosty festive look.

If you've got more traditional taste buds then what about that old classic cocktail a Screwdriver?

To make a screwdriver you'll need:

  • 1 1/2 oz of Vodka
  • 4 oz of Orange Juice

You could add a modern twist and use blood orange juice instead of regular orange juice!

Serving suggestion: Serve in a Collins glass and team with our zesty orange Golden Gate Bridge stack for a seriously citrus vibe.

Now that you've got your drinks and accessories sorted for a very merry Christmas all that's left to do is draw up a guest list!
