Delivery and Returns
Our last date date for christmas delivery in the UK via standard post will be the 21st December. Please call us if you would like to order via special delivery or have any special requirements on 01264326442.
Delivery can be made to the UK, Europe and the US.
Please note Boho Betty does not accept responsibility for items lost in the post. We retain proof of postage for each order, a copy of which is available on request.
We aim to dispatch your order on the next working day but in any event your order will be dispatched within - 5 working days of receiving it, providing your order is in stock.
Please allow extra time for busy periods. If you would like to check on the progress of your order, please contact us.
If you order products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Standard postage and packaging charges are based on the value of your order.

Orders below £10.00 will incur a postage fee of £2.50
Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm = £6.50 (Please note that we can only guarantee Next Day Delivery if Order is placed before 3 pm Monday to Friday - Excluding Bank Holidays)

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Should you change your mind about your purchase, you can send it back to us within 7 days and receive a full refund (excluding original delivery costs).
You must notify us that you wish to return an item before sending it back – email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Your purchase must be in its original packaging and unworn.
Refunds will only be made via the original payment method and will be refunded as soon as we receive your purchase back.
You will have to pay for the return postage but if your item is faulty we will refund all postage and packing costs.
We cannot exchange or refund customer damaged goods (statutory rights not affected).
