Refund policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We always want you to be happy with your purchase but should you change your mind about your purchase, you can send it back to us within 14 days and receive a full refund (excluding original delivery costs). For sale items, you can return the item to us within 7 days and receive a credit note (excluding original delivery costs).  We apologise but earrings are non refundable for hygiene reasons.

If your item is faulty or you wish to exchange your item then please notify us at betty@boho-betty.com before sending your item back. Your purchase must be in its original packaging and unworn. Refunds will only be made via the original payment method and will be refunded as soon as we receive your purchase back. You will have to pay for the return postage but if your item is faulty we will refund all postage and packing costs. We cannot exchange or refund customer damaged goods (statutory rights not affected). 

GUARANTEE
Each piece of jewellery is guaranteed for 30 days from date of purchase, within the bounds of normal wear and tear.
We cannot exchange or refund customer damaged goods (e.g. worn in water, swimming pools, put through washing machines, dropped on hard floors, torn by children etc). Your statutory rights not affected

CARE
Our jewellery is fragile so treat it with the love it deserves!
Here are a few tips to help you care for your jewellery:
Avoid hairspray and perfume when wearing your jewellery - put your jewellery on afterwards.
Do not wear your jewellery in a swimming pool, bath, shower or hot tub.
Refrain from wearing jewellery whilst doing housework, DIY or any other strenuous activity.
Store your jewellery in a safe place, out of direct sunlight and extreme temperatures, from scratches and away from dust.
Store your jewellery separately so that it does not scratch or tangle with other jewellery.

Please note only one promotional code can be used against purchases online at any one time.

DELIVERY
Delivery can be made to UK, HongKong and worldwide addresses, but for worldwide postage please enquire before placing your order.
Please note Boho Betty does not accept responsibility for items lost in the post. We retain proof of postage for each order, a copy of which is available on request.
We aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days of receiving it, providing your order is in stock.

If you order products from our site for delivery outside the UK or Hong Kong, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Standard postage and packaging charges are based on the value of your order.

EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at betty@boho-betty.com within this 14-day period. You must then return the item(s) to us within 14 days of notifying us.

We will issue a full refund, including your original delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is faulty.

Please note the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Earrings and other items excluded for hygiene reasons (sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken)
  • Personalised or custom-made items
