Salary Range: £18,000 - £24,000

Job Overview:
Boho Betty is seeking a dynamic, organised and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing our online presence across various social media platforms and ensuring our brand message is consistent and engaging. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and curating brand driven content, driving e-commerce sales activity, working closely with the strategic team, building relationships with affiliates, ambassadors and influencers and supporting the MD in the day to day operations. You will communicate closely with our MD and strategic team, elevating the brand presence through social media and marketing channels, with data driven precision and acute brand delivery.

We are looking for someone that is creative, organised and hard working to work closely with the team to grow our retail and wholesale performance. The position of “Marketing Coordinator” is a role that will combine practical creative, data driven decisions, attention to detail and a commitment to building a deep understanding of our products. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Oversee and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Google, etc. Increase and drive new followers and engagement through creative and strategic content creation, including reels, posts, stories, and ads.
  • Content Creation: Lead the creation of unique and inspiring content across different platforms and regions. This includes coordinating photoshoots, selecting models, and working closely with photographers and videographers to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand identity.
  • Marketing Strategy: Manage the monthly marketing calendar in collaboration with the Managing Director and external agency teams. Plan and execute advertising campaigns, competitions, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and sales.
  • Influencer and Affiliate Partnerships: Identify and engage with influencers and affiliates to promote the brand, secure gifting opportunities, and establish ongoing collaborations.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the design team, product onboarding team, and external agencies to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all platforms, inclusive of product management to match marketing campaigns. Assist with website updates, product descriptions, and marketing material creation.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of the latest trends and updates in social media to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Proficient in video and photo editing tools.
  • Strong aesthetic sense, preferably with a background in fashion.
  • Familiarity with Excel, Canva, email marketing, website management, and Shopify.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with external partners.
  • Willingness to attend pop-ups and shows as required.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work from the office at least 3 days per week.
